1 edit | reply to JmGx About two weeks ago, I was having connection issues in the University Heights area, which I posted here. Download speeds tanked from a constant 32 to 4 and upload speeds went from 4 to 0 on Premier.
I later noticed the next morning that I had 4 bonded upstream where I only had 1 the night before. Around noon the same day, I did a speed test which finally showed me getting some upstream and these were my results:

I would imagine i have upstream bonding. My screen doesn't look like yours but my upstream icon is blue on the modem and has been for 2 weeks. I'm near mission hills/hillcrest near ucsd hospital.

1 edit | Yea I'm getting these same 4 channels for upload. But Im still only getting less than 3Mpbs+ for the sustained speed test. I am getting the same 20Mpbs+ upload like you guys have for speedtest.net I have the Premiere Package. But if you guys do the test at »test.lvcm.com , you wil see that your upload is still limit to 3Mpbs. Make sure you choose 1min or the sustained 3min test. Let me know how it turn out.

 | reply to Bolt Pride I have a SB6120 and only get the 5MBit up. I see people with 6141 are getting 20 up. DO I need a new modem?

|
 | No, ppl getting 20+ are with just Powerboost. Their real upload speed is still 2-3Mpbs for Premiere package. Cox enabled the 4 channel bonding on upload stream, but they haven't increase your actual speed yet. |

 | reply to Cris said by Cris :I've had 8 bonded downstream and 4 bonded upstream for months now. I'm in san diego center -- near city heights & SDSU. I'm running an SB6180. I'm on premier and my connection goes to 32Mbit down immediately, but is capped right there. Interestingly, I'm getting 32Mbit up, too. Can't wait for some upgrades... 50Mbit wouldn't hurt! Cris, Im in the same area as you (near City Heights and SDSU) and I'm getting 4 bonded downstream and 4 bonded upstream for a while now (I would get 8 bonded downstream if I get your modem, I'm using the SB6120). I have Premiere like you too so I got 30Mpbs+ downstream and it capped right there same as you. And I got 25Mbps+ upstream. But if I do a sustained speedtest at »test.lvcm.com I only got 2.5Mbps+ upstream which is what Premiere should get. So do you think you can do a quick test at »test.lvcm.com/ and tell me your upstream after the 1 or 3minutes sustained test? Thanks you, looking forward for your result. |

|
 | It should be 2.5Mpbps after the Powerboost dropped out in my case, I have Premiere. So it s hould dropped down to whatever speed that your package is with Cox. |
