I have been a TW customer for 20 years and have never experienced promotions or anything for free (even those free weekends of a premium channel offered by most other services). You have to wonder if Showtime was pushing on their end in an attempt to add more subscribers. |

I vote nay...haven't had a premium channel since the 80s and haven't missed them. TW probably wouldn't give me the promo anyway since I haven't subscribed to digital channels yet. If TW wanted a shot at more of my money, then they should cut a deal for those that haven't already gone to digital service. That's something I might bite on. Otherwise, I won't upgrade until they force me to. |

Elyria, where on the My Services page did you see a place to insert that code??? For me, it's just not there. If I go to the Premium Channel ordering page, select Showtime, and enter that code, it tell me "not eligible." Note: I have an HD DVR, HD TV channels, and standard Internet. Perhaps I need the phone service also to be eligible.....? |

Rep said she didnt show me as having received that promo in the mail. She transferred me to customer service but the wait time got to be over 10 minutes so I hung up. May try again later but I wont hold my breath.
