Findlay, OH | I followed Dude's link in his 1st post. Hit redeem now, loggin with your credentials and when they show the 0.00$ cost, there's another option to put in the 3... code. 2 Minutes later came the confirmation email and this morning i was live.

Webster, NY | Yeah...doesn't work for me because it is not being offered in my area. When I click on Redeem, I then log in with my credentials into the My Services site and the option is not there...well the option is there to use a code, but it doesn't work. |

called my Bud who lives south of Rochester & it worked for him.
He's already rec'd the same e-mail I did.
UPDATE: sometime overnight, the channel went "live"

Calling didn't work for me. The customer service rep stated they didn't even know about the offer! Huh? In any case, TWC needs to step up and clarify this.
