Re: [Apps] "Over the Top" MMS There are a ridiculous number of messaging apps that allow you to do this. You and the person you want to send to would obviously both be required to have the app.
When I say ridiculous number of messaging apps, I'm not exaggerating. There are so many ways to chat, send pictures, videos and other things through so many different messaging apps it's insanely easy.

| Thanks, nekkidtruth, I did see a lot of those apps. I am looking for one, like Google Voice, that allows communication to the other person's regular phone number without forcing them to install another app.
I would MMS to their number with this app, they would reply to a different number than my regular phone so I would not need a text / message plan.
I guess Google Voice has set the Gold Standard for me in the way it does SMS. -- The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits. |
