[DSL] Bell Fibe to Tekksavy DSL
I'm looking at switching from Bell Fibe 25/7 to Tekksavy 25/10 when my Bell promo expires. Am I going to experience hassles or downtime? Theorically, it should just be a modem switch, right?
Theoretically you would be correct. In practice however that is not the case. Regardless of the connection you previously had (currently have) Bell will not activate a Fibe connection for us without sending out two two separate technicians between 12 and 9pm.
With that being said we can request the activation, and tech visits, for the same day as your cancellation (weekdays only) to minimize downtime for you.
