My DSL service with ACANAC has been down since yesterday (Feb, 1, 2013) morning. I have powered off and on the modem seveal times but still no result. My postal code is L3P 7X5.Can you please check and let me know when it will be back on?

I have already opened a ticket and been helped. It turned out that my modem didn't work. Thanks for the help and please close the ticket.
