Hawkesbury, ON | [INTERNET] No connection, stuck at step 1 of 5 Hi, sorry for posting yet again.
Since around 4 pm yesterday, the modem hasn't been able to connect past the last two lights, which are flashing. I had a tech support come this week, and he couldn't identify anything(when he came it went back to normal). He told me to check channels 2-6 for quality and they are snowy right now. Event log is full of t3 time out's, no ranging. Posting from my phone so I cant quite post screen shots. I know it was back online at 4 am when I came home before going to sleep, but no idea how long that lasted.
Power level at 52-61. Frequency at 22.0 SNR 36.7, signal str -6.2
I just don't know what to do anymore, tech on phone can't help, sends someone at a later date but by then its alright. |
