Re: Significant outage across Southeast US? I called back up Customer Service because the CSR I got the first time was a knuckle-head who gave me a lot of wrong information.
First I lowered my speed down from 12 to 6 mbps and see no affect whatsoever on my webbrowsing, which is 90 percent of what I do online. If I download movies or large files I guess it will be a little bit slower, but certainly not half as slow. And I did get refund for the 3 day outage, not waiting for the "system to do it automatically". My faith in AT&T has been restored . . somewhat. |
