Re: Significant outage across Southeast US? Thanks skj. I have several thousand installs under my belt and from many different regions, most of the inside support techs have never steeped foot in the field and just go by what their tests and scripts allow them to say, there will be more outages like the recent maybe not as bad maybe worse, that's the topic. When I signed up on this forum in August 2012 I was a tech, at the end of August I resigned and continued my Cisco training. |
