Canada | [INTERNET] Anyone having issues in Kingston? Hi all,
Wonder if anyone was having issues in Kingston as of late. My download speeds have been less then 200KB/s and I am on the 14/2 plan or whatever standard is. I'm in behind Ramekins on Tanner.

Tried speed tests there also and fluctuated from 4megs to just over 12megs on different tests.
Just took this from from the cogeco speedtest:
Also tried downloading Kubuntu from the cogeco newsgroup server and it got slightly over 500KB/s and dropped as low as under 200KB/s.
No idea whats going on. |
