<description><![CDATA[Louey posted : Tried speed tests there also and fluctuated from 4megs to just over 12megs on different tests.<br><br>Just took this from from the cogeco speedtest:<br><a href="http://speedtest.dslreports.com"><img border=0 src="http://www.dslreports.com/im/103971582/74785.png"></a><br><br>Also tried downloading Kubuntu from the cogeco newsgroup server and it got slightly over 500KB/s and dropped as low as under 200KB/s.<br><br>No idea whats going on.]]></description>

My download speeds have been less then 200KB/s and I am on the 14/2 plan or whatever standard is.
