| WOW DVR issues - missing programmed recordings Are people out there having a lot of issues with their DVRs the past 6 months or so? For months my parents have been complaining their DVR is missing programmed recordings. I've also been having issues.
If it were just them, or just me, I would suspect the individual DVR. But the fact both of us are having the same issue, and we have different model DVRs seems strange. |

Yes, I always use keep until I delete, but I have over 50% of my space free. |

I was having this problem randomly. I have since switched to the Ultra package and will have to see if its still an issue |

I've had Ultra TV for a couple weeks now, and I was a little mad when a program that shows on my DVR as 1hr, will not play. Everything else is there, but this one just comes up blank?!?!? |

| I have had this on occasion.
When it happens I stop playback, select a different show and play it. then go back to the original show. In my experience that has worked every time. |
