I'm guessing you're talking about the DTA 170HD that they (TWC) is making people get to continue to get certain channels? (They just started it in my area), then I have the same problem. I have Dynex TV and I can't find a code for the remote to save my life. It's annoying having to use two remotes. |

The problem I had with the remote, was releasing the button, the split second the TV went off, when doing the scan. If I waited longer, then I wouldn't get the right code logged.
But, if your TV never turns off when doing the scan, then that's sad.
However, I bought a SONY Blu-ray player in 2010, and, by design, I might add, the remote for the Sony BD Player, will --not-- work with my Sanyo LCD TV, also purchased in 2010. Bad Sony.
