Cable vs DSL in the Concord area?

funkytoad posted : Currently on Bell in the Concord area (near Dufferin and Clark) and am going to switch to Teksavvy. I got an address qualification and confirmed that cable service is available at where I live, so now I'm trying to decide which to get. Would anyone who lives in the nearby area with cable service mind sharing their experience? Looking for service quality and reliability mainly because it's really a tossup for me since the services I'm interested in, Cable 28/1 and DSL 15/1 are only a dollar apart.

If it's the same quality, then I'd like to get the Cable service, but if there are reports of frequent outages and slowdowns then I'll go with the DSL.
