[General] High Pings

Tracert examples please?

Been like this for a full day now,

Pinging ds-any-fp3-real.wa1.b.yahoo.com [206.190.36.45] with 32 bytes of data:

Could the pings get any worse? Gezzzz, can't even do anything with those high pings. That's just horrible. Whats numb nuts CRAPT&T doing now to have such high pings?

OMFG, really? Of all the years being with AT&T I have never ever seen these kind of pings? whats with this? Look at this, there is no excuse for this kind of thing, look

So after observation I disable and and enable my connection and my pings start at 19ms, after being connected no more then 5mins, the jump way the hell up to 300-400ms, go figure.
