We live in Ceresco Nebraska and have Windstream DSL. The first couple of weeks everything was great, amazing even. BUT.....for the last 60 days or so our DSL keeps disconnecting every 5-10 seconds, especially during peak times. I play World of Warcraft and my other half does alot of ebay shopping. Additionally when we ran a speed test it showed we were not getting the speeds we are paying for. Our equipment includes a 10/100/1000 ethernet card, AMD fx-8350 vishera 8 core processor that runs at 4.0gb/s and 32 gigs of gskill sniper series gaming ram. very irritating to have a top of the line system that cannot stay connected to the internet. Our router is the NetGear R5300 and it is matched to a netgear modem. We are very dissatisfied. We cannot understand why we keep getting disconnected from the internet. All of our equipment has been checked so we are confident it is something on windstream's end. The box outside of our duplex the internet comes in on is cracked and we suspect that may be part of the problem. also we have noticed a couple of wires hanging from it. We need help on this matter in a big way. Thanks.
