[TV] Fibe TV install

The current Bell offers allows for 1 pvr and 2 stb's only.
Each additional stb is an $50. activation fee. Is there a way to avoid the activation fee for extra stb's? ( just pay the monthly charges.

I would have a total of 1pvr and 4 stb's.

Call and negotiate. Maybe more likely with multiple services, top internet package, and lots of TV packages.
