Easiest way:
If you have a router: go into int's interface and change it's MAC address. Save. Hit the reset pin on your videotron modem.

Direct connect to Videotron Modem: download a MAC spoofer type app off the net for your PC. Change the MAC. Reset your videotron modem as above.
