Power inlet box question

Click for full size
I moved the power inlet box on my transfer switch to eliminate the splice at the conduit body so it will be a single piece of 10/3 going to the transfer switch. It is on a covered but not enclosed porch.

Edit: My question is asking if the inlet box is too close to the ground.

So what's the question and what's the deal with the exposed cabling coming out of the conduit?

The cabling coming out of the conduit is for Verizon and Comcast. Comcast has since replaced their wiring but it now comes in through a different location.

Edit: I edited my post to include the question. I had the question in mind but forgot to type it. Must be having an ADHD moment.

I'd want it well above any expected snow accumulation height, not to mention possible water.

Considering the little use it will get it is FINE where it is.
