[TWC] SNR keeps getting lower and lower

Hi I've been wondering why my SNR is getting lower and lower, first of all I have a Motorola SBG6580 modem and it's been working flawless for me. My SNR was always at 43 dB max and then it went down to 38-39 and now today it's 35-37 dB. Why is it doing that? Is Time Warner upgrading. All my cables are in excellent condition and the last tech replaced everything including the drop. Please I need help thanks.
