kudos:2 | [2K3] PPTP VPN Performance I'm a bit confused. I have two W2K3 servers (using as lab's) in two different locations. I am trying to do a site to site VPN but when I do, the performance is very slow as you can tell, only pulling around 600 Kbyte/Sec. However, if I connect directly from my desktop computer instead of using the site-to-site VPN, I am pulling 4+ Mbit's which is the max download for my connection.
They are both using the exact same configuration as far as I can tell, both servers have public IP's to the net.
I had the exact same problem with pFsense doing a site to site tunnel with IPSec. The performance was only around 600 KByte/Sec.
I'm very confused... any suggestions? |
