PDF file extension missing from association menu

Msradell P.E. Premium join:2008-12-25 Louisville, KY Reviews: ·AT&T U-Verse	PDF file extension missing from association menu For some reason the .pdf file extension is missing from the screen where you associate extensions with the programs that open them. I noticed this when suddenly if I click on a PDF file, the only option that it isn't downloaded instead of opening it. How can I add this back into the list? Windows 7x64.
