Mike2009 join:2009-01-13 Ottawa, ON kudos:3	The 8816 handles the lower ADSL2+ profiles but some people reports problems on the 19455/1085 profile. Depends on your line. The Broadcom modems seem to handle the higher profile better. Another good choice is an unlocked 2wire.

Quake110 Premium join:2003-12-20 Ottawa, ON	That's my experience, My profile is 19455/797 and the 8816 couldn't handle it. And I find the ST516 overrated because it's not reliable (overheating). The D-Link on the other hand fills its purpose since it's a set it and forget it device.
