Re: Rogers Upgrade to iPhone 5 Funny thing was, when we finally got through to the manager at "Loyalty" at Rogers, I did mention that. She said, "sorry you feel that way, but the best I can offer you is a $50 gift card". Yep, two people who have been 10+ years customers, and that's what we're worth. I do feel as though I should go to another provider/carrier, but I'll be left holding the almost 500 dollar bill.
I did debate returning the phone, then leaving, but my instinct is telling me that I'll get burned a lot more so than staying for the time being. Rogers sure knows when they have you by the balls. |
