TWC TV App not accepting username/password...yet again....

sandwidth join:2004-10-22 Ontario, CA	TWC TV App not accepting username/password...yet again.... It appears this problem tends to fix itself in a day or two but it still sucks that it happens at all. I'm watching Phil pick up his win at Phoenix open after Super Bowl on dvr so wife picks up her iPad to watch another show on it. "username and/or password incorrect" Well, we know for a fact it's not yet it still gives this message. Any suggestions? Is this a know issue cuz we've seen it before, it's just been several months. TIA

Elyria join:2011-10-12 Elyria, OH	Has happened to me 2-3 times. Power cycling the modem/router fixed the issue , each time.
