Internet very slow & keep disconnecting

Hello. I've been using teksavvy for 18 months now and have never experienced this problem. It started yesterday for me, my internet keeps crashing and I have to either disconnected my modem or reset it to get the connection back. I have probably done this atleast 10 times now.

The other issue is the speed is extremely slow. I can't even watch a clip on youtube. I cannot play any multiplayer games on steam. I usually get a 12-19 ping on steam and its now around 80. This has been happening for the past two days. My modem is TEW-652BRP and I also use a router. I live in Toronto. Is anyone else having the same issues, whats the solution for this.

I am rogers customer for tv and phone.
