I was quite happy with voip.ms, but their service got crappy in the fall, so I switched to their Montreal server and everything seems good again...

Another voip.ms fan.

Note that they have been upgrading servers recently, so advice about avoiding Toronto servers may now be out of date.

If you are using DSL in Ottawa, all your packets to Montreal go via Toronto anyway...
