Comcast Continues to Boost Speeds > Wont upgrade my area.

pclover join:2008-08-02 Santa Cruz, CA	Wont upgrade my area. I have had NO speed increases or no options for faster speed since 2008. Comcast cares basically said they don't want to spend the money in my area to upgrade the system.

microface @intel.com	TRy to Get Google Fiber, or some other Competitor for ComCast, and all of a sudden the situation will change
