I don't quite understand this. I can ping and traceroute the hop 10 and 11/12 addresses. But, if I try the final VPN address, it dies at hop 10.

Could it be a router address table issue? I'd think if the modem itself was offline due to a signal issue, it would make to all but the last address? Or does it die earlier if the modem is offline?
