This is also the reason 50/10 is only offered in very specific areas. Even though I'm 60m loop length from my JWI, I can't get 50/10 because I am served by an old Lucent Stinger DSLAM and not the newer Alcatel-Lucent 7330 DSLAM.

I'm connected to the Alcatel Lucent 7130, able to get 50/10.

There is no 7130 DSLAM. You're probably thinking of the ALU 7130 Cellpipe modem.
