You could just as easily say they're skewed by the 2nd game against Anaheim. He had dismal numbers against the Sharks, and otherwise only posted good numbers against the current last place team. You could also say Lou's numbers are skewed by the first game. And unlike Schneider, he's posted nothing but solid numbers since then.
