Has anyone subscribed to one of these Data Allowance Plans? If yes, are the speed capped like the $34.99 Plan? If not, what kind of speeds are you seeing?
Nowhere on the Clear web site do I see any download/upload speeds mentioned on the Allowance Plan. I tweeted their support dept and have heard nothing.
