Thousand Oaks, CA | Hooked up a secondary Fios router but.... Hi all...I hope someone can help me out here:
I have a MI424-WR Rev. I as a primary and we just got a MI424-WR Rev. F as a secondary. Our wi-fi was spotty downstairs so we hooked up the secondary there per the instructions found under "Can I get an ethernet connection in a room with only coax?". The wi-fi aspects works great with full bars. But I also wanted to connect our XBOX and internet ready TV to the router with Ethernet but when I do, I get errors : "unable to find IP address", etc. My primary IP address is .1 and my secondary address is .2 (as per the instructions)
Has anyone else have this issue and if so, what did you do to make it work?
