Are you on digital? If so, what shows up on that channel under the guide? What happens when you go to the channel that is supposed to be CP24?

When you're able to re-connect it, if you could note the error down, I might be able to help you. Otherwise, feel free to contact our technical support for assistance!

Does the package you subscribe to include CP24?? If it does, call tech support to see what's going on.

Yeah, I've called about a dozen times concerning the channel drops and they kept telling me to re-boot my box

If you haven't already, try rebooting the box to see if you can receive CP 24. If that doesn't work, tell tech support.
