Re: Billing $80/85 Ultimate HD - 1/22/13This happened to me about a year ago, I had printed proof that my agreement was $20. less then what I was being billed and they would not honor it, I spoke to several supervisors and scanned them the confirmation. The glitch was the system was adding in a $20. discount twice. No matter what I did they would not budge. |
