Clopay's factory is right in Troy, OH here about 5 miles from where I live.

seaquake posted : Keep in mind that the doors at the big box stores are at the lower end of insulation value. If you have living space above the garage, you may want to opt for a door that is better insulated. Otherwise, the doors from the big box stores are more than adequate.

Pretty sure they sub to actual garage door companies so going through HD should be fine even if it's not standard. It'll just take longer.
