Interesting service, but its for deaf / hard-of-hearing - I can hear fine, its difficult for others to hear me on a phone (right now my voice is a mix of whispers and 'squeaks').
CapTel very similar to TTY services where a 3rd party is involved that speaks on your behalf or types messages to you. I am trying to avoid using a 3rd party "listener". In the case of CapTel, a 3rd party transcribes everything your other party is saying so you can read it on your phone.
