[DSL] People's experiences upgrading their service through phone
So I tried upgrading my service to DSL 15 in the MyWorld portal and it's giving an error and not completing the order so I was asked to call in by phone to complete the order... I hate calling in for ordering anything(I've heard some horror stories plus I'm just scared i'll get a rep that doesn't know what they're doing and messed up my order) so I was wondering for those who've recently upgraded how would you rate your experience upgrading your service by phone? Thanks

I assure you all of our agents are capable of placing the order in question. With that being said if you'd rather not call in for any reason (I don't enjoy calling businesses either) you can start a thread in the »TekSavvy Direct forum and we can take care of the order for you from here.
