[DSL] People's experiences upgrading their service through phone

kyip87 join:2009-07-27 Toronto, ON Reviews: ·TekSavvy DSL	[DSL] People's experiences upgrading their service through phone So I tried upgrading my service to DSL 15 in the MyWorld portal and it's giving an error and not completing the order so I was asked to call in by phone to complete the order... I hate calling in for ordering anything(I've heard some horror stories plus I'm just scared i'll get a rep that doesn't know what they're doing and messed up my order) so I was wondering for those who've recently upgraded how would you rate your experience upgrading your service by phone? Thanks
