[Qwest] C1000A help needed

I know absolutely zip about ports, advanced settings and you name it in my modem GUI. What I do know is numerous ports, rules and settings have been changed by someone other than myself, which I am very concerned about! CenturyLink/Qwest techs will not help me reset everything to "normal" so any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you know your DSL login ID and password. If not, follow the instructions here to find out: »US West/Qwest DSL »How can I get my PPP login from Qwest?

You can then restore the modem's factory defaults: »qwest.centurylink.com/internethe···lts.html, then re-enter your PPPoE credentials into the modem.
