I wonder if web browsing will feel flat after PB dies? My current Charter plan is 15/3 but my DOCSIS 2.0 modem typically maxes out for the first few seconds (30Mbps +). I cannot help but wonder if I lose PB, will media rich web pages not feel as crisp? Will streaming video not start as quickly?
