the one place i see this catching on it is not available. people on contracts with major carriers already have credit cards, etc. using a phone for payments makes no sense.
a lot of prepaid customers on the other hand do not have bank accounts, credit cards, etc. using prepaid balance on there cell accounts may actually make some sense instead of carrying cash.
