Going to be expensive.... TO get a bereavement fare you have to have a death certificate which you do not have.
We have tried to use these fares before - the hoops were impossible.
And being in a foreign country is worst. The foreign airlines won't help you. Need to find a U.S. airline. You can't fly directly from India to the Ukraine. Have to fly back to the U.S. then to the Ukraine. -- The adventure continues...Sanctuary....
