| You do get a higher profile but I don't believe it's the 50/10 profile. Definitely higher than 25/10 though. |

Mine just got bumped up, I couldn't get anyone else at Bell to confirm the profile I'd get before ordering though.
This is what I'm at now:
Downstream line rate: 58496 kbps
Upstream line rate: 15104 kbps
Downstream payload rate: 48496 kbps
Upstream payload rate: 11328 kbps

Is it the same thing if you get Fibe 5/1 or 15/10? Basically whatever profile you get if you take the TV they bump you up to make sure the TV is fine? |

I guess if you take the 5/1 they'll bump up the download but the upload will remain the same at 1 as oppose to 10 with the 25/10. |

I get about 14/1.4 (Fibe 15/10) on speed tests with my line and FibeTV or I would be all over this ; ( |

There's no "none VDSL profile" for Bell IPTV.
He's probably on the 1.7mbps upload profile... even though he's paying for 10. |
