| Raspberry Pi Projects I forgot to mention this, but I got a Raspberry Pi B a few weeks ago to test drive it, and I'm going to flash Raspbian on it this weekend.
I was wondering what kind of projects others had tried with it and what your thoughts were.

kudos:1 | I haven't picked one up yet, but I have had idea floating around in the back of my mind ever since I saw them start to sell them...
Using it as a car based computer, in the dash, to drive a minimum of a 7 inch screen that would replace everything with a switch on the dashboard...lights, hvac, radio, gps, everything.
Also, adding in controls for emergency lighting / siren / fire radio...
Doing all of this on a touch screen built into the dashboard..
