Post here if you've received the speed update or just have lost powerboost entirely (not to be confused with slower than usual powerboost). If possible, verify with shaperprobe.
1) Post your State 2) Post your City 3) Speed tier (if known) 4) Post shaperprobe results

 | Since shaperprobe gives actual speed and not powerboost speeds, how can we verify using it? |

Honestly, I like this WAY MORE than 12/2 with a few seconds of powerboost. I get ~21K down for PB, but I don't think that adds much and could live without it. -- My place : »www.schettino.us |

You should probably also ask for the Tier level. I'm currently on the 50/10 Tier level which shows as "Blast" on my bill.
Modem is Zoom Telephonics 5341 (fw: 1.4.0.31pre5)
1) NJ 2) Delran 3)
Edit: Here's the old shaperprobe I ran on July 25, 2012, when I first got 50/10 Blast. It was more reliable back then and you can see I didn't have PB back then either.
The Shaperproble servers aren't particularly reliable these days. The upload speeds detected are way too low (anywhere from 1 to 5 Mbps vs my actual 10 Mbps) and the first time I ran it, it "detected" shaping at 30 Mbps, when none exists. The second time it did not detect a shaper and gave my proper download speeds.
Basically the shaperprobe test needs to be run multiple times to get an accurate result.
