Well, after about a week of getting nowhere with anyone I called WS back today to order "high speed internet" again. The guy was really nice and polite told me they would be sending a router and that it was a plug and play type thing and my services would be up and running on the 8th. I guess I'll wait and see if they cancel this order like they did the other one and I would just about bet they will, and not even tell me. One can only hope they will send a tech out to speak to me this time because someone is going to show me why I can't get it this time. Everybody keep their fingers crossed for me....
