1 edit | [Speed] Unstable latency in Easton/Bethlehem PA I live in Bethlehem township and I have unstable latency, fluctuating about 40 - 50 ms (sometimes more) when pinging any server. I am usually the only one using internet at my home, and I do not use wireless. It is not my computer because I have tested with others.. why do I have unstable latency? I am fairly certain it is not my modem, because it is only a year or two old and it looks like trace route shows congestion in RCN servers in Easton and Philadelphia? Please help.. |
