You haven't given any details. What do you expect from the service and how will you use it? Will you use it a lot, get more inbound calls than outbound, E911?, live in an apartment with a buzzer, need it plug and pray simple or can you/ want to get technical, multiple lines, multiple points of presence, video call, and so many things. Lots of good choices mentioned but not for all use cases.
