VPN - BrightHouse Lightning 40/5

I just signed up for BrightHouse 40/5 and am trying to VPN into work. The connection is extremely slow and drops.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this? My connection outside the VPN is working great.

My modem/router is DVW3201.

I figured out how to get to my settings at »192.168.0.1. But now not sure what to do.

Any help greatly appreciated. First day of work working remotely!

Warren

Warren what VPN client are you using and also open a direct forums thread, include your IP address and I will configure the modem for you remotely.

I really appreciate all your help!

FWIW, I use my 60/5 connection to access our work servers using a VPN. In our case, we use the SonicWall client and up to now, I have had no problems reaching our servers or some of our remote radios (remote management). I didn't need to do anything to my home connection as the VPN client was configured by our IT and apart from having to add the UID and password, everything else is autoimatic.

So I am certain that he will be able to help you set up your connection.
