[Northeast] PVR recordings - what are the fios flags?

Is it set still to copy freely or has Fios restricted it? I mean will I be able to share recorded shows from premium channels without having to use an extender?

I believe only HBO and Cinemax and copy-protected. The rest of the premiums (and line-up) should be fine.
